1. Do you offer payment refund? NO we do not. All sales are final.

2. Do you offer warranty? As of 08/15/2024 not anymore, due to our prices being a very affordable price.  

3. Do I need to be careful with my jewelry? YES, like any piece of jewelry you buy you want to be careful with it so it can last you longer. Please read our 'Jewelry Care Instructions' in our home page. 

4. Do you ship worldwide? Only in the U.S.A and PR.

5. What type of jewelry do you offer? 14k, 18k, and silver. All pieces are gold plated. TTM: indicated sterling silver jewelry therefore the 14k gold filled is much different than the plated 14k gold. 

6. About the jewelry? We offer hypoallergenic, water resistant, all day wear, great quality jewelry it is all gold plated jewelry. (please read tabs on products as some items are gold filled)

7. Turn around time? 2-4 business days for pre. As far as delivery time that is depending on the post office and/or UPS office. I only ship using USPS and UPS.
